I’m a multidisciplinary movement and wellness practitioner based in New York City.


I teach yoga and work as a trainer and mindfulness coach, sharing practices and exercise that I've found useful on my journey.


I offer private sessions to individuals and small groups. My practice and, therefore, the programs I design are informed by athletic training; traditional strength training and calisthenics; Functional Range Conditioning (mobility and joint control training); yoga and dance. Your mix exactly would depend on things like goals, weaknesses and abilities. Programming is oriented towards a goal, whether that be a skill (i.e. handstand), behavioral (developing a fitness routine), weight change, or performance-based.

I also teach group yoga classes at Chelsea Piers Fitness in Downtown Brooklyn; schedule's below. Guest passes are available for non-members.

Monday: 6:15pm, Hot Athletic Flow, 60 minutes 

Wednesday 7:00pm, Restorative, 90 Minutes

Saturday: 8:45am, Hot Mixed Hatha Flow, 60 min
